Sauk Creek Condominium Association

The Sauk Creek Condominium Association (SCCA), incorporated in 1984, is a 72-Unit collective located on the far west side of Madison, a short distance from the intersection of Old Sauk Rd. and the West Beltline Hwy. It is an ideal location, close to west side destinations and businesses, a short drive from the Beltline Highway and other major west side transportation arteries. 

Our Association features a variety of interesting ranch and multi-level floor plans in twenty-one 2, 3 or 4 unit buildings. All units include a two-car garage and many have additional square footage in finished basements and sunrooms. The SCCA has beautiful and mature grounds with loads of green space, abundant mature trees, and a swimming pool with clubhouse. Each unit has planting beds in various locations around the units where residents can plant flowers as they desire. All landscaping (including lawn care and snow removal) and external maintenance is included in the condo fees.
